Dalton Morrison Wins Raider of the Month for November 2021!
Launch the media gallery 1 playerDalton Morrison, a tenth grader at AHS, became the next “Raider of the Month” for November, 2021. The Activities/Athletics Department of Argonia Junior/Senior High School has decided to recognize one student a month who has demonstrated exceptional pride and integrity while competing in athletics or activities. Students are nominated by coaches and sponsors and, once a month, a student is chosen as “Raider of the Month.”
Dalton was chosen for the month of November after being nominated by Mr. Dickerson. He had this to say about Dalton:
“This young man sets an example to be followed by all of his peers. His work ethic in the classroom, and on the football field deserves recognition.
Dalton will give you a 100% no matter what the task at hand is. He seems to always strive to be better today than he was yesterday. He shows up prepared and ready to learn in the classroom, and shows up ready to give the coaches and his teammates a 100% of his efforts on the football field.
Dalton is also one of the most polite students in our school. He will stop what he is doing and help anyone at any time. As mentioned above Dalton sets an example to be followed by many others, and I would like to thank him for his dedication in everything he does, and his desire to always be better at everything he does. Good job Dalton, and keep working hard.”
The “Raider of the Month” is part of a renewed effort to build school pride. The student selected has their picture on a bulletin board along with comments from the coach or sponsor who nominated him or her. Look for a new student in December!!
