Tribes Make Thanksgiving Decorations for Manor

Our K-12 tribes are in full swing again this year! One thing new is that each tribe elected an “elder” upperclassman to speak for their tribe in an elder council. In this council, the elders discuss topics important to the growth of the tribes and also come up with weekly activities along with tribe lunches. One of the activities was to make decorations for residents and meal participants at the Manor. Each tribe decorated a pumpkin with a word(s) that symbolizes Thanksgiving. The tribes also made turkey and pumpkin crafts and colored pictures. The elders then delivered and hung the decorations at the Manor. Thank you for letting us pop in!
