Students Visit Wichita Technical College
WSU Tech is a different kind of college, changing lives by training people for high-wage, high-demand jobs. They work hand-in-hand with employers to determine their job needs now and into the future so their students graduate with the right skills. On October 11 Sophomores and Juniors visited WSU Tech to learn about the different education opportunities offered at this institute. Students learned about aviation careers, CNC machining, nursing, massage therapy and over 100 more career paths that are offered. All high school students can attend WSU Tech for free and if they want they can earn a certificate in many areas by the time they graduate high school, so that they can leave high school and be employable by many companies.
