School Physicals for Next Year to be Held May 13, 2015
Argonia Family Medicine will be coming to Argonia High School on May 13, 2015, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm to conduct sports physicals for the 2015-2016 school year. Physical forms are on our webpage or may be picked up in the high school office. The forms should be completed, signed, and brought with you on May 13, 2015, along with $10 cash or check made payable to Argonia Family Medicine. Remember that physicals must be completed after May 1, 2015, to be effective for the 2015-2016 school year.
