Argonia Hosting Sub-State Volleyball Tournament

Argonia is honored to host the 1A, Div. II Sub-State Volleyball Tournament on Saturday, October 25, 2014. The tournament is made up of 5 area teams. Argonia has captured the number one seed with a 19-15 season record. Norwich, Caldwell, Elk Valley, and Buffalo-Altoona Midway round out seeds two through five. As the top three seeds, Argonia, Norwich and Caldwell all have first round byes.
The first match between Elk Valley and Buffalo-Altoona Midway will begin at 2:00 pm. Argonia will play the winner approximately 20 minutes after the conclusion of the first match. Caldwell v. Norwich will be next, followed by the championship match.
The winner of the tournament will move on to the 1A Div. II State Tournament, to be held at Memorial Coliseum in Hays, Kansas on October 31 and November 1. Below is a link to the tournament bracket.
