Dr. Rustin Clark
Launch the media gallery 1 playerDr. Rustin Clark grew up on a farm just south of Mayfield, and, after graduating from Wellington High School in 1986, attended Friends University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree. While teaching middle and high school math for the next few years, he attended Wichita State University and earned a Master’s degree in education administration. In 1995 he became K-12 principal in Haviland. After two years in that position, he was hired by Chase-Raymond for his first Superintendent of Schools position before becoming superintendent in Moundridge where he also finished his Doctorate from Kansas State University. After serving as superintendent in Moundridge for ten years, the next ten years saw Dr. Clark lead two different districts in Oklahoma as both superintendent and PreK-12 principal as well as a brief time as an administrator at Hutchinson Community College. In 2018 he and his wife, Mariah, moved to rural Sumner county where they currently reside with their youngest four children.
