Argonia Speech Students Serve as Pages at the Capitol

Most students just read about their state capitol and some may get an opportunity to visit and take a guided tour. However, on February 19th, students from Argonia's speech class had a chance to not only visit the Capitol but experience the legislative process up close! Serving as Pages for Representative Dan Hawkins, Majority House Speaker, they were busy attending committee meetings, running errands, and finally ending with the climb on the infamous stairs to enjoy the outdoor experience from the dome.
