Argonia Reading Centers
The Argonia first grade class is starting something new in 2010.
During reading time they will be working on centers. They start out with a center contract and they work on different subjects: spelling, writing, listening, computers, math, reading, folder games and building center. Each center will have one or two items for them to work on. At this time they will be working independently. They will be graded on a Rubric which includes, quality of their work, time management, pride, focus on task, and any worksheets they are to do. The students are very excited to get started.
