School Physicals for 2019-2020 to be Given May 9, 2019
Anthony Family Medicine will be coming to Argonia High School on May 9, 2019, from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm to conduct sports physicals for the 2019-2020 school year. Physical forms may be picked up in the high school office and should be completed, signed, and brought with the student on May 9th along with $20 cash or check made payable to Hospital District #6. If you wear glasses, make sure to bring them to the physical.
