AHS presents a Moose-Merizing Comedy

(or, “Who will save Marge from that dastardly villain?”)

It’s time for laughs, boos and hisses, and cheers on Saturday, November 17th, as Argonia High School presents the comic melodrama, “She Was Only Marginally Modest”, by Vern Harden.  Set in 1884 in the woods of Colorado, the story follows Marginally Modest (her friends call her Marge) as she meets a colorful array of characters as she attempts to escape the villainy of the dastardly Brad Apple.  The play is described as “filled with puns, punches, and munchable moose muffins”) and it certainly entertains!

The cast includes Makayla Derixson as Marginally Modest, Kaylee Lacey as Ma Belle, Brant Cotta as Brad Apple, Savannah Shively as Gladiola, Shelby Handlin as Hattie Hogge, Emma Huntley as Granny Fanny, Aubreigh Haxton as Prunehilda Pincher, Creek Love as Judge Jury McBribe, Jonathan Head as Seymore Stoutfellow, Taylor Schulte as Willimena Worm, Ross Carter as Turkey O’Trot, and Noah Phillips as Ruben Z. Patsy.

The play is at 7:00 PM on November 17th.  Tickets are $4 for the public and $3 for students.
