Launch the media gallery 1 playerThe Argonia High School Junior/Senior Banquet/Prom was held on Saturday, April 14th at the community building. The cold and snowy weather went well with the theme “Once in a Blue Moon”. Mr. & Miss Argonaut candidates were Kaylee Schulte, Leah Fitch, Alyssa Hammond, Catie Hammond, Trevor Pierce, Gio Hernandez, and Kamden Basinger. Each candidate was to prepare a 5 minute speech to read in front of the student body over several given topics. After reading their speeches to the student body in the days prior to prom over what it’s like to “Truly” be an Argonaut, and how you could use 10 seconds of your life to change the world. Kamden Basinger and Catie Hammond were announced Mr. & Miss Argonaut for 2018. The Senior Class Wills and Prophecy were also read by Trevor, Kamden, Catie and Madalyn at the banquet held before prom.
