UNAPPROVED MINUTES
August 3, 2017
Call to Order: President Brian Fitch called the August 3, 2017, special meeting to order at 8:00 pm with six members present. Those members were Rick Nafziger, Joe Allen, Brian Fitch, Shane Morrison, Dave Gaddie, and Scott Greenwood. Also present were Superintendent Julie McPherron and Clerk Sue Randall. The Board Members and Clerk all signed a Waiver of Notice for the meeting.
Approve Agenda: Scott Greenwood made a motion to approve the agenda as presented. Dave Gaddie seconded the motion. Motion carried 6-0.
Discussion and/or Appropriate Action:
2017-2018 Budget: Discussion, no action taken.
Contracts: Rick Nafziger made a motion to approve the contracts as presented. The motion was seconded by Shane Morrison. Motion carried 6-0.
Adjournment: The meeting adjourned at 8:50 pm
