School Physicals for 2017-2018 to be Given May 9, 2017
Attention All Junior High and High School Students Planning on Participating in Sports for the 2017-2018 School Year:
Anthony Family Medicine will be coming to Argonia High School on May 9, 2017, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm to conduct sports physicals for the 2017-2018 school year. Physical forms may be picked up in the high school office and should be completed, signed, and brought with you on May 9, 2017, along with $20 cash or check made payable to Anthony Family Medicine. If you wear glasses, make sure to bring them to the physical.
Remember that physicals must be completed after May 1, 2017, to be effective for the 2017-2018 school year. If you have questions, feel free to contact Mr. Almanza at the high school office.
