Physicals for 2016-2017 School Year Available May 11, 2016
Anthony Family Medicine will be coming to Argonia High School on May 11, 2016, from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm to conduct sports physicals for the 2016-2017 school year. Physical forms may be picked up in the high school office and should be completed, signed, and brought with you on May 11, 2016, along with $20 cash or check made payable to Anthony Family Medicine. If you wear glasses, make sure to bring them to the physical.
Remember that physicals must be completed after May 1, 2016, to be effective for the 2016-2017 school year. If you have questions, feel free to contact Mr. Almanza at the high school office.
