Argonia/Attica Bull Pups Finish Season 7-0

On September 25, the Bull Pups hosted the Pretty Prairie Bull Dogs in Attica.  The Bull dogs got off to a fast start scoring on the first play of the game and outscored  Attica/Argonia 30-0 by the end of the first quarter.  The Bull Dogs would stiffen up on defense and score 22 points in the third quarter to go in at half time trailing 22-30.  The second half would be all Bull Pups, putting up another 22 points in the third quarter and holding Pretty Prairie scoreless.  Due to injured players at the end of the third quarter Pretty Prairie forfeited the remainder of the game.  Bull Pups won by a score of 44-30.

We then traveled to Burrton and would beat them by a score of 50-14.  The Pups racked up a total of 323 yards on offense and returned a punt for a touchdown.  We had four different receivers that caught passes for a score, and added three rushing touchdowns.  This win would make the Bull Pups 5-0 on the season with the next game being against Central Christian in Argonia.  The defense really shined against Central Christian as we shut them out 34-0.  Due to Injuries and low numbers, CC would forfeit the second half of the game giving the Bull Pups a 6-0 record going in to the final game of the season

We then hosted South Barber with a record of 6-0 in Attica for the League Championship.  South Barber struck first on a long run the first play of the game.  They would go up two scores before the Bull Pups could answer.  After four quarters of back and forth scoring, the Bull Pups won by a score of 48-36, and were crowned the League Champions with a record of 7-0.   Great job on an undefeated season boys!
