2014-2015 Sports Physicals to be Conducted at AHS
Argonia Family Medicine will be coming to Argonia High School on May 7, 2014, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm to conduct sports physicals for the 2014-2015 school year. Physical forms may be picked up in the high school office and should be completed, signed, and brought with you on May 7, 2014, along with $10 cash or check made payable to Argonia Family Medicine. Remember that physicals must be completed after May 1, 2014, to be effective for the 2014-2015 school year. If you have questions, feel free to contact Mr. Almanza at the high school office.
