Wii Fun

Students and teachers have had the opportunity to try out the new Wii consoles and games purchased with the Blue Cross Healthy Habits for Life Grant. The elementary students played Just Dance 3, Wipeout, and Wii Sports such as bowling and tennis during indoor recess and Mr. Mead’s JH and HS PE classes also played Wii sports games during their PE time.
District teachers and staff danced and played games during lunch at the inservice on January 16. Everyone is enjoying the Wii games and the kids are more excited about indoor recess on the cold winter days, although with our mild January weather, we haven’t had too many of those.
