School Bus Stop Sign Violations

by Julie Dolley

October 17, 2008

Our school buses load and unload students on the west side of the elementary building and on the north and south sides of the high school building.  Passing a school bus when the stop-arm is extended and students are loading or unloading is a traffic violation and is subject to a fine.  Parents loading or unloading students from their cars need to use the south side of the elementary building and the west side of the high school building to avoid receiving a traffic violation.  We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our kids safe.
