Enrollment Dates

2011-2012 School Year

Enrollment Dates for the 2011-2012 school year are Monday, August 15th and Tuesday, August 16th from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Students in grades PreK-5 will enroll at the elementary building and students in grades 6-12 will enroll at the high school building. High school students may enroll for Cowley College classes either day during enrollment.

Admission requirements for new students include a copy of birth certificate or hospital record, a copy of social security card, and immunization records.

All students under the age of nine must provide a health assessment (on school form) prior to enrolling in the district for the first time.

Students must be four years of age by August 31 to attend preschool (unless otherwise specified in their IEP) and 5 years of age by August 31 to attend kindergarten. Only resident students will be admitted to preschool.

Out of district students must be pre-approved prior to enrolling. Contact the Argonia district office to obtain an out-of-district enrollment form.

If you are transferring from another school, we will request your records from your previous school at the time you enroll.
