Special Meeting Minutes
May 17, 2009
4:10 p.m.
Call to Order: President Lana Parks called the special meeting to order at 4:10 p.m. with seven members present. Those members present were Lana Parks, Rick Nafziger, Randy Simon, Robert Pike, Joe Allen, Ron Work, and Scott Greenwood. Also present were Superintendent Julie Dolley and Gaylene Larson.
Appoint Acting Clerk: Motion by Scott Greenwood, seconded by Robert Pike to appoint Gaylene Larson as acting clerk. Motion carried 7-0.
Approve Agenda: Motion by Joe Allen, seconded by Randy Simon to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried 7-0.
Discussion Items
Ratify Certified Contracts: Motion by Rick Nafziger, seconded by Scott Greenwood to ratify the certified contracts of Kayla Adams and Keaton Krell with scheduling to be determined. Motion carried 7-0.
Approve 2009-2010 Calendar: Motion by Randy Simon, seconded by Lana Parks to approve the 2009-2010 as presented. Motion carried 7-0.
Adjournment: Motion by Ron Work, seconded by Scott Greenwood to adjourn the meeting at 4:20 p.m. Motion carried 7-0.
