Meeting was called to order by co-chair Sarah Vineyard. Minutes were recorded by Secretary Melinda McCurley.
Box Tops – Deadline passed, all labels will go to next year. We had a total of almost 500 sent in. The party will be at the end of the year on Thursday the 21st. Sundae party
Sarah gave the Campbell’s update – 700 to send in, several in container.
Tanya and Julie gave an update on Fun Night – 12 businesses have donated prizes for the raffle. We will get one grand prize with the money donated from F & M Bank, maybe an IPOD. Prices will be $5.00 all you can play, .25 for raffle, .25 for jail and $5.00 for the obstacle course or .50 per time. Moon bounce, basketball, football toss, golf course, outdoors. Pop and water for concession stands. Inside will be a cake walk, candy bar walk full size, ring toss for pop cans. One cake per student. Larry Paxson will get game list together. Fun Night will be from 7pm-830pm. Removable Tattoos instead of face painting.
Julie will work on schedules for workers, Tanya will work on donations.
The profit from the sale of the T-shirts was $151.50.
