Special Meeting Minutes
June 2, 2008
Call the Meeting to Order: President Joe Allen called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. with six members present. Those members present were Joe Allen, Rick Nafziger, Randy Simon, Ron Work, Scott Greenwood and Lana Parks. Also present were Superintendent Julie Dolley and Clerk Linda White.
1. Approve Agenda: Motion by Scott Greenwood, seconded by Lana Parks to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried 6-0.
Robert Pike arrived at 7:05 p.m.
2. Discussion and/or Appropriate Action
A. Resignations: Ron Work moved and Rick Nafziger seconded to accept the resignation of
High School Principal Jon Mages and thank him for his years of dedicated service. Motion carried 6-1. A motion was made by Ron Work, seconded by Randy Simon to accept the resignations of Tammy Swingle, Assistant Cook; Molly Fisher, High School Cheerleading Sponsor; and Jessica Fitch, Junior High Scholars Bowl Sponsor; and thank them for their years of service. Motion carried 7-0.
B. High School Restrooms: Discussion. No action taken.
Adjournment: A motion was made by Ron Work and seconded by Scott Greenwood to adjourn the meeting at 7:25 p.m. Motion carried 7-0.
